1. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request to cancel services under the following terms:
- Before Project Commencement: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment or before any project analysis/design work has commenced for a full refund.
- In-Progress Projects: If a project cancellation request is received after work has commenced, cancellation charges will apply based on the percentage of work completed up to that point.
- Recurring / Monthly Retainers: Monthly services (such as SEO, Social Media Management, or Maintenance) can be cancelled at any time with a 15-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
2. Refund Eligibility & Guidelines
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis under the following criteria:
- Full Refund: Eligible if the project is cancelled before any work has started or if Nirala Web Solution is unable to deliver the project as per the agreed project scope.
- Partial Refund: If cancellation occurs during an active project, a partial refund calculated after deducting completed milestones, labor hours, and third-party expenses (domain/hosting/third-party API fees) will be provided.
- Non-Refundable Items: Advance deposits for custom domain names, web hosting subscriptions, third-party software licenses, or completed milestone deliverables already approved by the client are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Razorpay Account).
